Returns or refunds are only accepted in specific circumstances as outlined below. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

🕐 All return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund

We will issue a refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:

  • Item arrived damaged or broken — with photo evidence submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is significantly not as described — major differences from the product listing
  • Wrong item received — a different product from what was ordered
  • Item never arrived — after 45 business days from the dispatch date with no delivery confirmation

Non-Eligible Reasons — We Do Not Accept Returns For:

⛔ The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant
  • Minor color differences due to screen display settings
  • Shipping delays within the estimated timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy
  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code (unless defective)

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us within 30 days of delivery

Submit photo or video evidence

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Wait for our review

We will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with our decision.

Receive your resolution

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, at our discretion.

Return Shipping

In cases where a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Luvfinds reserves the right to issue store credit in place of a cash refund in certain circumstances.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and we are always happy to help. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full evidence of order fulfillment and delivery.
