đŸ“Ļ Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. Since we source products globally, some items may take slightly longer. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking info to update.

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of placing them. After that, orders are sent to fulfillment and cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make a change.

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers. Don't worry — you'll receive tracking for each package and won't be charged extra shipping for this.

â†Šī¸ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly not as described. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

We're so sorry! Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

That's our mistake and we'll make it right immediately. Email us with a photo of what you received and your order number. We'll send the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.

We personally review every product before adding it to the store. We only list items that meet our standards for quality and value. Product descriptions include accurate details and real photos where possible.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Sometimes! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when popular items come back in stock. We also drop new products regularly so there's always something fresh to discover.
