Shipping Policy

Overview

At Luvfinds, we work with a network of global suppliers to bring you unique, curated products from around the world. Because of this, shipping times may be longer than traditional local retailers. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping timeframes outlined in this policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

⚠️ Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50
  • Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $50

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days after dispatch for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Luvfinds is not responsible for tracking delays caused by the carrier or postal service.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. No additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Luvfinds has no control over customs delays and cannot predict if or when fees will be applied. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Luvfinds is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Luvfinds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbours and other household members
  • Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side door)
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • Wait 2–3 business days as packages occasionally show as delivered early

If after 5 business days you still haven't received your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Delayed Shipments

Luvfinds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, customs, holidays, or other events outside our control. We will always do our best to assist but cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of the dispatch date, please contact us and we will investigate and offer a resolution.
